2022-23 Hybrid Compassion Summit

11 Schools, 120 Students, Two Amazing Keynotes, 14 workshops, 2 virtual meetings (Nov. & January), awesome collaboration with 60 CRP kids, and many amazing Compassion Action Plans! It was a memorable Summit!

Compassion Summit 2022 - The first Keynote speaker was a representative from Youth Policy Collective (YPC) whose goal is the following: "Through a process of research, ideation and action, we bridge the gap between policy makers and the youth, giving a voice to our increasingly socially active generation."

Compassion Summit Closing Poem .mp4

As a culmination of the Summit, attendees performed an extract from a poem that inspired them and then composed a spoken word poem collectively.

The 2020-2021 virtual showcase for each school's action plans can be found here. Even though many of our participating  schools were virtual for the academic year, these presentations displayed ways in which the students brought Compassion into their communities and schools at a time when it was desperately needed.
